Yocal Plus

Try it free

Open the Yocal Plus screen and tap “Try it all free for 2 hours”. No card or sign-in. Once per phone.

Passes and the year

Passes (2 days, a week or a month) are paid once and don’t renew. The year renews automatically until you turn it off.

Cancel the year

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Yocal. Turn it off at least 24 hours before the year ends.

New phone, or a purchase didn’t show

Open Yocal Plus in the app and tap “Restore a purchase”. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account

You only need an account if you look after a venue. To delete it, open your profile in the app, then “Delete my account”.

Safety

Yocal is a guide, not a substitute for your own judgement. In an emergency on the water or the coast, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
